Alzheimer's disease, a devastating neurodegenerative condition, poses a growing threat. The Spanish Society of Neurology (SEN) projects a staggering 3.2 million cases in Spain by 2050. However, public awareness remains limited.

On World Alzheimer's Day, we simulated early alzheimer’s symptoms through an immersive experience during the everyday task of ordering at a burger joint. By hacking a digital kiosk at a popular burger restaurant in the RIO Shopping mall, users experienced firsthand the lesser-known symptoms of Alzheimer's.  Customers encountered mismatched ingredient names and images, orders restarting unexpectedly, shifting letters and prices, and receiving unrelated orders.
